Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch

All orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us by email for us to investigate.

Please note:

1, Some of our larger items may be dispatched in separate boxes.
2, During peak periods (Promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer.

Delivery Costs & Times - USA

Free shipping is available for all areas in the United States except HI, AK, VI, PR, GU. Please note that currently we don't support delivery to HI, AK, VI, PR, GU.
